Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
We offer free return shipping for defective items or if we made an error in your order. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Sale and clearance items can only be returned if they are defective. All sale items are final sale unless otherwise specified.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange for a free return and replacement.
You can track your return using the tracking number provided with your return label. You'll also receive email updates at each stage of the return process.
